    first step is to subtract 360 from the value above
    \cos (690^{0}-360^{0})= \cos 330^{0}
    330 falls in the fourth quadrant and cosine is positive
    \Rightarrow +\cos (360^{0}-330^{0})=\cos 30^{0}
    using table
    \therefore \cos 30^{0}=0.866
