Surface Area of Cuboid= $2(LB + LH + BH)$
$L=11cm, B=7cm , H=13cm$
Total Area= $2[(11\times 7)+(11\times 13)+(7\times 13)]$
Total Area= $2[77+143+91]$
Total Area= $2[311]=622cm^{2}$
