When two chords of a circle are parallel, are the arcs they intercept be congruent? How about the arcs they cut off?
Parallel chords does not translate to equal arcs or equal cut-off. So, when two chords of a circle are parallel, it does not mean that the arcs they intersect are congruent neither does it mean that they cut-off are congruent.
