$3x+2y=5 ...(i) \times 3$
$2x-3y=7 ...(ii) \times 2$
$9x+6y=15$
$4x-6y=14$
Using elimination method
$13x=29$
Dividing both sides by 13
$x=\dfrac{29}{13}$
Substituting x into equation (i)
$3x+2y=5$
$3(\dfrac{29}{13})+2y=5$
$\dfrac{87}{13}+2y=5$
$2y=5-\dfrac{87}{13}$
$2y=\dfrac{13\times 5-87}{13}$
$2y=\dfrac{65-87}{13}=\dfrac{-22}{13}$
Divide both sides by 2
$y=\dfrac{-22}{13}\times \dfrac{1}{2}$
$y=-\dfrac{11}{13}$
