Total surface Area of closed Cylinder= $2\Pi r(r+h)$
$\Pi =\dfrac{22}{7}, r=7cm , h=5cm$
Total Area= $2\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times 7(7+5)$
Total Area= $2\times 22(12)$
Total Area= $44 \times 12=528cm^{2}$
