The sample space for two dice= $6^{2}=36$

Possible outcome will be

$P(1,1)$ or $P(2,2)$ or $P(3,3)$ or $P(4,4)$ or $P(5,5)$ or $P( 6,6)$

Adding all will give a total of $6$

P( same dice)= $\frac{6}{36}=\frac{1}{6}$
